All members and trial visitors at 4A Fitness Arena must adhere to coach instructions, respect training partners, and maintain proper hygiene and safety gear during sparring sessions.
2. Free Trial Policy
Free trial passes are valid for first-time visitors to 4A Fitness Arena. Prior booking via our online form is required to ensure coach availability and safety slot allocation.
